Return Policy: The items must arrive back to  Plush Esthetics within 7 days from the date the transaction was made in order to be returned or exchanged. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt and a letter explaining the reason for the return/exchange. The items must arrive back in its original form, namely, in its original package, sealed and unopened/unused in order to be returned or exchanged. All Makeup product are non refundable.Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs on exchanged items. Please call our office for return instructions 408-705-0549.

All refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.​

Cancelations Policy:
If you have to cancel or reschedule your service, kindly give us 24 hours notice for single services. Any cancellation made after 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked treatment. If you are able to reschedule your appointment for another day/time, $70 will be charged.

 Treatment Packages: Package of 3 treatments expires 3 months after the date of purchase, a package of 6 treatments expires 6 months after purchase. Packages are to be used by the designated recipient only. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Gift Certificates:
Expire one year from the date of purchase. If you have a Gift Certificate that has expired, and are able to provide a valid reason (medical service, family emergency etc.),  we will extend your Gift Certificate for a maximum of two months after the expiration date.
